Mayor of London Launches New ‘LDN Filmmakers’ Campaign

The Mayor of London and Digital Cinema Media have partnered up to launch their new LDN Filmmakers campaign.

As part of the campaign, Genesis Cinema held two weeks of filmmaking workshops; with 15-18 year-olds taking part in the first week while 19-22 year-olds participated in the second week. The films made during the workshop will be premiered at Genesis Cinema on 24th November, prior to a screening of Rapman’s highly-anticipated movie, Blue Story.

GRM Daily’s very own CEO, Posty, paid a visit to the cinema during the workshops where he got to witness the hard work of the next generation of filmmakers and chat to them about what they’ve learned as well as the ideas behind their powerful films. Posty commented that “it was inspiring to meet so many young people pursuing their passions”.
