A medical fetish company says it has donated its whole stock of disposable scrubs to the NHS.
Procurement representatives have failed to locate the right equipment in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and MedFet UK stepped in to help.
The business had written about it on Twitter, saying: “Today we donated our entire stock of disposable scrubs to an NHS hospital. It was just a few sets, because we don’t carry large stocks, but they were desperate, so we sent them free of charge.”
The company previously tweeted that it was running low on face masks and had sold out of hand sanitiser.
They also gave some advice on public health, writing: “Whether getting ready for some kinky fun or guarding against a virus outbreak, the single most effective method of infection control is scrupulous hand hygiene.”
