It’s been a minute since we heard from Meekz but the Manchester rapper is finally back with some fresh material for us in the form of “Respect The Come Up”.
Meekz has a reputation for putting out the maddest visuals and the video for his latest offering keeps in line with this rep as he’s seen hanging out of a helicopter while reflecting on his come up.
Since releasing his debut project Can’t Stop Won’t Stop last summer, Meekz has taken some time out from music and he uses “Respect The Come Up”, as well as its visuals, to let everyone know he’s back and ready to get things cracking again!
“I want to thank you lot for believing in me & allowing me to take some time to plan & prepare for what’s about to come,” Meekz wrote to his supporters on Instagram. “For giving me this platform to express myself I will never take that responsibility lightly.
“I will continue to push the boundaries above and beyond to bring you sounds and visuals like never ever before in order to tell my story, none of this is normal.”
