Megan Thee Stallion is the latest artist to step up for a Tiny Desk Concert, and as NPR have started to mix up their content as of late, Megan is just further proof into showing the versatility of the platform.
With the set stretching over twenty-five minutes, we see Megan perform seven songs, with her hits “Big Ole Freak” and “Hot Girl Summer” being included. While she consistently flexes and performs her tunes with confidence and class, Megan doesn’t shy away from getting the crowd involved as those in attendance laugh and sing along for the duration.
The live band adds a sick element to the performance, as the bouncy, hip-hop elements are perfectly transferred over into the stripped-down renditions.
