Kylie Jenner holds many titles; America’s youngest self-made billionaire, Snapchat’s most followed user and general social media Queen. However it seems a stock image of an egg has managed to dethrone Jenner and stripe her of her ‘most liked Instagram post’ title.
@world_record_egg first posted the infamous brown speckled egg photo on January 4th with a call to action inciting people beat Kylie’s record. Originally held by a photo of her daughter Stormi Webster, the baby she shares with Travis Scott, her 18.4million likes has now been dwarfed by the egg’s impressive 34million.
Not one to admit defeat, Kylie clapped back with a cheeky video of her cracking an egg on a hot pavement with the caption ‘Take that little egg’. Whilst the egg is yet to respond, or even post a second photo for that matter, it doesn’t look like its record is going to be beaten anytime soon.
