Following the release of his mixtape Life is Eazi – Lagos to London, Mr Eazi has dropped a documentary that showcases his journey.
The Lagos to London documentary sees Mr Eazi creative process as well as him exploring the influences from both cities that have played a part in his success as well as the evolution of the Afro-beats genre. Starting off in Lagos, the documentary features talent and trailblazers from Lagos – inclusive of music journalists, dancers, producers and more.
The documentary’s next stop is in London, where similar talent and trailblazers who have championed Afro-beats/swing in the UK give an insight into their experiences. With Mr Eazi aiming to shed light to the people behind the scenes, this documentary celebrates an array of individuals that have been played a part in his story and the pandemonium surrounding the Afro-beats genre.
