Two of grime’s icons Narst and Durrty Goodz have linked up to give us the visuals to “Boys In The Hood”.
The track opens up to the sample of Nitty Gritty’s “Trials and Crosses” as we go back 20 years into the youth of Narst and Goodz, before returning to modern times as the duo bring life to their new banger.
Narst – formerly known as Lil Nasty – gives us a throwback to his Tim Westwood freestyle days as the Plaistow rapper introduces his skippy flow and charisma to match his opening verse.
Durrty Goodz shows us the talent is still strong with metaphors aplenty as the wordsmith speaks being the first and the last to get wheel ups in the dance!
