After months of work, Unicode Consortium, the NGO that coordinates the development of the Unicode standard, have confirmed an additional 157 emojis are to be added.
This update, known as Emoji 11.0, will bring the overall number of emojis to 2,883. Among these additions are a Lacrosse stick, a Pirate flag, a Peacock, a Woozy face, Redheads, a Pleading face, a petri dish and a llama. Cheif Keef will be pleased.
The new emojis will be added to Smartphones some time this year. You can find the full in the video above.
