A new Xbox may be released next year, according to a report by On Smash.
Named the Xbox Scarlet, On Smash has reported that Microsoft is expected to unveil the new console at E3 in June 2019. They also state that there will be two versions of the Scarlet – one without a disc tray and one with; with the former having 12GB of GDDR6 RAM at 1080p while the latter will be 4K with 16GB of GDDR6 RAM.
The Xbox One will celebrate its sixth anniversary in November this year but it may be pushed to the side when the Xbox Scarlet arrives.
Details of the new Xbox console are slim at the moment but there are rumours that it will be released around the Christmas period of 2020.
