GRM Celebrates The Release Of The NFL Origins Collection

GRM Daily and NFL UK came together to celebrate the release of the Origins collection yesterday.

A grassroots merchandise collaboration, the NFL Origins collaboration aims to highlight the design talent of NFL Event host cities.

For its UK release, the collection calls on Ocean Lewis’ 37 LDN and Kyle Stanger’s Boys Get Sad Too.

To celebrate the collection, GRM Daily and NFL UK took over The Crypt at St Martin-in-the-Fields in London’s Trafalgar Square for a very special event.

Attendes were treated to a special performance from K-Trap and Blade Brown as well as signature cocktails and music frrom DJ Firestar.

Ocean Lewis said on 37 LDN, “I wanted to merge both British and American culture surrounding the sport. Illustrated with my personal form of stippling, the NFL inspired artwork was created. Faint dots of the British flag were embedded into the helmet, accompanied by traditional Jersey font representing my brand ‘37’.”

Kyle Stanger said of Boys Get Sad Too, “Teamwork is vital in football, but it’s just as important outside the game. Our design is a reminder to treat life like a team sport: with respect, integrity and unity”
