Nito NB is back with his latest instalment and this time he is supplying a dark, greazy account entitled “Love Island”.
While juxtaposing the title of the tune, the content of the track is far from the glitz and glam which may be associated with the reality TV show. Coming with a quick, jumpy flow, Nito hits the dark drilll beat with street-related bars, touching on his life on the block and the things which come hand-in-hand with the lifestyle. While Love Island is referred to in the hook, Nito NB uses this to his advantage with some tricky wordplay, showcasing his sharp pen game.
The visuals are just as dark as the audio, as we see the MC perform his tune in a dark location, surrounded by fire. With the quick cuts and transitions keeping up with the pace of the instrumental and lyrics, they add the perfect energies to capture the vibe of the tune.
