Nolay is one of the very few female MCs that is still doing her thing after more than a decade in the game, and she’s now released an important new song called “Black Lives Matter”.
For those that don’t know, Nolay rose to prominence as a member of Unorthodox in the early noughties. The old skool heads amongst you may even remember “No Help or Hand Outs” doing the rounds on Channel U.
The latest tune Nolay has dropped shows her versatility as an MC, as she addresses the incredibly important subject of police brutality. Nolay intelligently exposes the many miscarriages of justice that we’ve bore witness to because of the existence of a two tier justice system in the UK and America.
