Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris has revealed that she believes her father was murdered. In the 18-year-old’s first in-depth interview she tells Rolling Stone she is convinced her father’s shocking death in 2009 was “a setup”.

MJ died of an overdose of strong anaesthetic propofol when Paris was 11 and there has since been conspiracies that his doctor murdered him. Dr. Conrad Murray was later found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, but Paris believes that there was something much more suspicious going on.

She told the magazine that “a lot of people” wanted Jackson dead. “He would drop hints about people being out to get him. At some point he was like, ‘They’re gonna kill me one day.'”

Interviewer Brian Hiatt asked her if she thought her father was murdered to which Paris starkly replied, “Absolutely”.

She went on, “Because it’s obvious. All arrows point to that. It sounds like a total conspiracy theory… but all real fans and everybody in the family knows it. It was a setup.” She didn’t name Conrad Murray.

Paris also dismissed claims that MJ isn’t her real father.
“He is my father. He will always be my father. He never wasn’t, and he never will not be. People that knew him really well say they see him in me, that it’s almost scary.

“I consider myself black,” she continued, adding that Michael would “look me in the eyes and he’d point his finger at me and he’d be like, ‘You’re black. Be proud of your roots.'”
