Charlie Sloth is back with another instalment of his Fire in the Booth series and joining him this time around is New York’s very own Pop Smoke.
From “Welcome to the Party” to “Dior”, the Brooklyn-hailing rapper has been making waves on both sides of the pond with his hard-hitting drill sound and he doesn’t hesitate to exhibit his style further on his new freestyle.
Charlie gets things going by providing Pop Smoke with the instrumental to Headie One and RV’s 2018 banger “Know Better”, putting his own spin on it with his American swagger. Towards the end, he tackles a beat which is slower in pace but keeps listeners just as engaged with his distinct tone of voice and gritty vibe.
