Thornton Heath rising star Proph has linked up with Lawrie Wilson of DiSCOVERY RAP for a deep, introspective look into his early life and come up in a new documentary titled Past, Present, Future.
The 20-year-old rapper and producer took the team on a journey in his native South, checking in in places that marked important moments in his life. Starting with the Croydon University Hospital where he was born and where he also got his now stage name from his grandfather, he also moves us on to the Harris City Academy in Crystal Palace where he first started dabbling with music. Then the doc takes a stop at the No Star Studios where he records all his music, giving the viewers a behind the scenes tour of his life journey and unveiling details he hasn’t mentioned before in his music.
Whilst he is a rather reserved person and prefers to use music to express himself, in this documentary Proph shows the world a different side of him: still serious, yet quite refreshing, which is just the perfect combination for an all-rounded, boundless artist like him.
