New leaked images just might have given us our first real glimpse of the forthcoming PlayStation 5.
The images appear to display the developer kits of the PS5, which are given to gaming companies to create games for the console.
In the photos, the PlayStation 5 fittingly takes the shape of the roman numeral V which represents the number five. We also get a look at the controller for the PS5 and by the looks of things, it doesn’t look too different from the current Dual Shock 4 pads.
However, it’s likely that the final version of the PlayStation 5 – which is due for release towards the end of 2020 – will look quite different to what is being used for the developer kits but the images still provide a closer look at what to expect.
The new PlayStation 5 leaks come weeks after the controller designs for the console emerged online.
