To mark the release of his brand-new album, Quavo has dropped visuals for his single titled “Hold Me”.

Whilst Quavo has a reputation for putting out trap bangers, this song hears him take a different approach as he looks inwards to create an introspective cut. The visuals are as touching as the single and follow Quavo as he pays tribute to his nephew and fellow Migos star, Takeoff, at a memorial service in Atlanta.

“Hold Me” is taken from Quavo’s newly-released album, Rocket Power, which was released on Friday (August 18) and is also named after Takeoff.

“This album is for the Rocket, our true fans, and also, this is my therapy,” Quavo wrote on Instagram when announcing the LP in May. “This album is a true reflection of how I feel right now. Sometimes I’m good, sometimes I’m down, sometimes I’m disappointed, sometimes I fall apart, but then I ALWAYS find my strength again. I know everything might not be alright right now, but the Rocket showed me a way to make it RIGHT!”.
