Two of the hardest rising drillers in the scene, Rakz ad D38, have teamed up for a brand new collaboration dubbed “Dictate”.
The tune is a cinematic and dark drill song, with an instrumental that features skittering drums and menacing melodies, whilst the pair of MCs deliver some cold and greezy verses about the street life. The new visuals were directed by Agz and feature the artists rolling deep round a shopping centre.
