London-based artist Rasharn Powell has accompanied the release of his latest single “Blunder” with a fresh set of visuals.
Using a nonchalant delivery and reflective lyrics, Rasharn Powell is able to capture the sombre post-breakup feels on “Blunder” and taps into his emotions to open up. The visuals also play on the theme of heartbreak and display shots of Rasharn alone with his thoughts in a room while thinking back on the memories made with an old flame.
“I just wanted to be real about my previous experiences with heartbreak,” Rasharn said of the track. “I feel sometimes, we aren’t honest with ourselves, especially when things are self-inflicted. Laying my feelings bare in such a way, gives me clarity on what was and the person I am beyond it.”
The track is expected to feature on Rasharn’s upcoming debut mixtape, Dusk & Dawn, which is out soon.
