Reebok is supporting up and coming UK talent with their new campaign. The brand has teamed up with high street retailer JD to connect with emerging talent from across the UK and celebrate established artists who are repping their hometowns.

The Classic Collective campaign will see Reebok and JD unite to select artists from across the UK and bring them to pop up studio events in their home cities. The events aim to give back to the community by providing opportunities for newcomers to learn from successful artists and hone their individual talents. Reebok and JD also aim to shine a spotlight on the handpicked different cities across the UK.

The workshops have a competitive element which will see attendees offered prizes and the chance of a lifetime. The winner of each workshop event will win new equipment as well as the opportunity to perform onstage at the wrap-up party for The Classic Collective Campaign which will take place in London on the 6th December.

The selected talent hubs are London, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool and each city has a connected artist.

Birmingham is fronted by Afrobashment duo Lotto Boyzz, Manchester by vocalist Tobi Sunmola and Liverpool by R&B group MiC Lowry. London has three artists repping the city; model, presenter and stylist Snoochie Shy, DJ and writer Millie Cotton and rapper Cadet.

The Classic Collective campaign showcases the latest releases from the Reebok Classic line such as new clothing and the Aztrek sneakers in white with black and red detailing and a design inspired by 90s style retro runners.

Several pop-up events have already taken place including Snoochie Shy’s and Cadet’s workshops which were a massive success. Pictures, as well as videos, can be seen across social media of the workshops which hosted some of the best undiscovered talents that the UK has to offer.

Millie Cotton will host her workshop on Wednesday 24th October in London. The online competition to win the chance to attend Millie’s unmissable event opens this Friday and you can enter via JD’s official Instagram which you can find here.
