When Rod Wave releases new music, you know it’ll be raw and soulful and his latest track “Street Runner” is no exception.
Although he is singing about suffering, pain and a break-up, Rod Wave’s vocals are smooth and delicate as he wears his heart on his sleeve throughout. On this track you can almost feel his emotions and his lyrics are insightful and relatable.
The accompanying visuals provide a look into the star’s life as he’s seen in a private jet, in the studio, traveling, performing and, in general, living the life of a star.
“Street Runner” comes after the Florida rapper revealed that his album SoulFly will be released on March 26th.
