RV proves his longevity and versatility with his latest project Fresh Prince of Tottenham.

The North London rapper illustrates a knowledge of popular culture and incorporates them into his bars and punchlines on tracks like “Danielle Bregoli”. RV also displays an ability to make radio-friendly tracks with his song “Blue Ticks”.

The 13 track tape from RV is feature heavy and sees appearances from Rawz, M Huncho and frequent collaborator Headie One. “Apprentice” and “Cinderella” once again prove Headie One and RV’s chemistry and synergy on Drill beats. The two previously linked up on “Know Better”, a contender for this year’s Rated Awards ‘Track of the Year’. Watch the video to “Know Better” here.

Rising star M Huncho who describes his sound as Trapwave offers an autotuned and catchy turn up verse in his usual style on their link-up track “No Way”. M Huncho appears after seeing success and critical acclaim with his EP, 48 Hours.

The project’s closing track “More to Life” featuring Geovarn is a reflective tune about leaving the roads and striving for positivity.

Producers on the project include N1, Razzbeats, Brookz Beats and Sykez Beats.

Fresh Prince of Tottenham
comes after RV’s seven track EP I’m a Savage released earlier this year which hosted other big names in drill and allowed the Tottenham MC to prove his lyricism and ability to flow over a variety of beats.
