British-Nigerian artist Samm Henshaw has gifted us with not just a single but news of his debut album too!
The album is titled Untidy Soul and it’s all about Samm completely embracing his chaotic nature. “Still Broke”, the album’s lead track, delves into the depths of modern day life and unlike many musicians flaunting their wealth, Samm lets us know that money cannot buy you happiness.
Over some Jazzy tones complemented by trumpeter Keyon Harrold, Sam delivers his smooth vocals and in the accompanying visuals, the artist can be seen in a mansion, but he seems bored and lonely, proving his point again that money can’t buy you happiness. The video is part of a mini series influenced by Childish Gambino’s Atlanta.
