Following the release of his debut album Untidy Soul last January, Samm Henshaw has now dropped off a short film following the journey toward it.
Entitled Us., the short film offers an intimate insight into the creative process and the global tour that followed the album. Filmed by Dan Robinson, we see Samm building a DIY studio during Covid lockdown to complete the project with his producer and close friend Josh Grant. At one point, Samm thought this album would never come out whilst stuck in a major label deal that did not serve him in any way. Finally cutting ties in 2019, the independence and separation set him free, and he created his proudest body of work to date.
