Fully functioning sex robots are coming to the UK and their creator is promising “an experience like no other.”
The dolls will come with an app for your smartphone created by Cyborg developer Matt McMullen. He says the purposes of the app is so you can “chat” with your companion through a messenger app in order to build up an emotional bond with the doll before you f-ck it.
McMullen said, “Through the app, people are going to be getting to know this artificial intelligence and the robot. They will be able to flirt with her and talk about sex but they can’t truly have sex with her.
But once you get the robot – then you will be able to have that first special sexual experience.”
McMullen’s company, RealDoll are providing the dolls, which are known as Realbotix. The dolls will be available to purchase from April and will set you back between £5,000 and £10,000.
David Levy, a sex robot expert, reckons there is no end to the possibilities when it comes to the evolution of the dolls. Speaking to the Express he said, “As the technology improves, the electronic voice will sound more and more like any particular person. Not only specify the characteristics of your robot, what they’re interested in, what they know about, colour of their eyes, various dimensions. You’ll also be able to specify exactly how they will look.”
So that means that in the not-so-distant future you’ll be able to create a robot version of that buff gyal from work who’s been giving you airtime.
