In preparation for KSI’s return fight At the O2 London arena, the Sidemen decided to see what it’s like to be KSI while training for his fight for 24 hours.
Splitting up the training into three different sections they are put through their paces with some seriously intense circuit, sprinting, and boxing training. Although they clearly aren’t on KSI’s level when it comes to this, they all give 100% effort into doing every single task.
They even eat what KSI eats for his diet too, although they throw in a couple of well-deserved cans as well, because why not?
