Skepta has announced the release date for his highly anticipated Nike collaboration, the SK Shox.
Images of the SK Shox have been swirling around social media for a while which sent Skepta fans and sneakerheads into a frenzy as they waited patiently for a release date.
Now the BBK frontman has let us know that the shoes will be available from the 12th of September.
Skepta posted an image of the shoe to Instagram with the caption “NEW SK SHOX TL – SEPT 12TH @nike #SkSHOX #BloodyChrome”.
Check out the post below.
The news follows Skepta’s 2018 Nike collaboration which was also released during the month of September. Skepta presented to the fashion world the highly stylish and dark gradient Nike SK Air 3 design last year.
Shortly after, the artist opened a pop-up shop for his Mains London apparel label and Skepta has since been celebrated by major publications such as GQ and Vogue for his fashion innovation.
Skepta has, of course, made sure to keep fans satisfied with new music as well as fashion releases. The 2019 album Ignorance is Bliss recently received a new set of visuals for the Sophie Ellis Bextor sampling track “Love Me Not’ and Skepta assisted Headie One in the visuals to their fiery collaboration “Back to Basics”.
As we wait for Skepta’s new Nike shoe, the SK Shox, to be released on Thursday the 12th of September, watch the visuals to “Back to Basics” here.
