Continuing on from his recent flurry of visuals to accompany his highly anticipated project Brixton, which released earlier this month, the UK rap pioneer that is Sneakbo is back to drop his latest video for the track ‘Living’.
Shot in Hollywood, the visuals could not be more fitting for the track as Sneakbo declares his status in the scene, as well as revealing how his journey and success is all as a result of his own doings. He talks about how once upon a time he lost faith in God and was constantly being told that he would not amass into the superstar that he is now, saying “I was so broke, now I make more money than my teacher”.
In correspondence to his project Brixton, each song really earns its place, as they all individually add a piece to the musical puzzle that Sneakbo created. Not only was the project anticipated by fans of Sneakbo nationwide, it also carries a greater purpose. With his status and presence now established, track by track, Brixton acts as a guiding tool for young people who may look up to Sneakbo, coming from backgrounds and circumstances similar to where he himself came from. Acting as a greatly influential social tool for the younger generations, Brixton certainly aims to fill the youth with positivity and drive to obtain their own aspirational goals, whatever they may be.
