After firmly rooting her foundations in the scene, Stefflon Don is back in 2018 to add to her repertoire, after joining the famous LA Leakers for an exclusive freestyle.
Spitting over a dancehall riddim, once used by the likes of Alkaline, she once again flexes on the mic, but as per, with it bringing some British flare to the table. Not only does Steff document her success filled 2017 in the freestyle, but she also talks about being able to look after her family after making a million last year.
As well as building herself up to household name status in the UK, it could be argued that in the present moment, Stefflon Don is actually making greater moves across the pond in the States, ever since she collaborated with French Montana on their hit record “Hurtin Me”. Not only this, but Steff managed to secure herself a bonding affiliation with Migos’ label QC, which not only saw her support them on their UK tour last year, but she also managed to feature on fellow QC roster star Lil Yatchy’s album Teenage Emotions. Many have foreshadowed 2018 to be a year which sees the return of female MC’s in hip-hop and Stefflon Don is most certainly here to fly the flag for the UK.
