The people’s champ Stormzy is back with a brand-new song entitled “Sounds of the Skeng”.
The previous offering we received from Big Mike in June came in the form of “Crown” – a mellow and honest offering – but on “Sounds of the Skeng”, Stormzy presents us with a very different approach.
Produced by Sir Spyro, Stormzy’s latest track is a grime track through and through as the south London native unapologetically tackles the upbeat production with nothing but direct lyrics and an upbeat flow.
“Sounds of the Skeng” is set to feature on Stormzy’s forthcoming album – which hasn’t been given a release date just yet – but while we wait for more details, listen to the new single above.
