Sir Spyro calls on to Grime MC Sub Ten to come and deliver a firey Sounds Of The Verse freestyle. The MC takes to BBC 1xtra where he touches the mic for 140 seconds over a 140 bpm beat with, what he calls, a “boomerang flow”. He touches on the industry and talks about having breakfast with Snoochie Shy.
