Singer Tara Mills and producer Carns Hill have joined forces to drop their new collaborative LP, False Hope.
The two creatives come together seamlessly on this project as Carns steers away from his rugged drill sound to produce smoother beats to marry with Tara’s soft vocals.
False Hope is infused with a euphoric R&B vibe but we do receive contributions from Reeko Squeeze and Youngs Teflon on “Puzzle” and “Lost Control” respectively, sprinkling the tape with some rap flavours.
The project is the result of two years of writing, creating and venting between Tara and Carns and judging by the cohesiveness of the record, the pair have established a natural artistic chemistry in that time.
