You may have noticed, it’s been quite hot the last couple of days. Like, actual heat wave levels of hot.
It’s not always easy to dress appropriately for work when the weather is like this but surely schools have summer uniforms in place? Well apparently not, and a group of boys found a pretty inventive way of getting round their school’s sweaty dress code.
Boys of all ages from the Isca Academy in Exeter collectively wore skirts to school to protest the school’s strict uniform policy that boys must wear trousers (no shorts – but skirts are fine).
Initially it was just a handful of boys wearing skirts on Wednesday, but by today over 30 lads had jumped on board. Mad ting.
