A teenage-year-old girl has been arrested due to suspicion of terror offence.
The 14-year-old girl was arrested at an address in South London as there have been suspicions that she helped someone carry out an act of terror.
Scotland Yard has said she has been detained under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) by the Met’s counter-terrorism command.
As enquires continue, the force has said the teenage girl is currently in custody at a South London police station.
