Gifting us with a new single titled “Lately,” is 0207 Def Jam signee tendai!
Despite only being his third single following “Infinite Straight” and “Not Around”, “Lately,” is yet another example of tendai’s polished artistry, which is used to create a soundtrack to his home city of London.
For the accompanying visuals, tendai reconnects with Ethan & Tom who follow tendai as he sombrely sits with his thoughts in an empty home.
“I wanted Lately, to feel like a soundtrack to London, walking on the underground, walking through the city,” tendai said of the song. “I grew up on house rather than garage but if you’re from London, garage is just there in the fabric of the city.”
