Champions Chelsea begin their defence of the Premier League title at home to Swansea on the 8th/9th of August (the season begins a week earlier than last term as Euro 2016 starts in June).

Runners up Manchester City travel to West Brom while their rivals in the red half of Manchester face Tottenham at Old Trafford.

Slaven Bilić’s first match as West Ham United manager is a daunting trip to Arsenal, the Hammers have not won at the Emirates since April 2007.

Liverpool will attempt to put right the 6-1 hammering they suffered on the last day of the 2014/15 season when they travel to Stoke City.

Newcastle United manager Steve McClaren will want to win his first match in charge at home to Southampton while Leicester City welcome Sunderland to the King Power Stadium.

Bournemouth, who won the Championship last season, play Aston Villa at home. It will be the Cherries first ever game in the Premier League.

Fellow promoted sides Watford and Norwich face Everton and Crystal Palace respectively.

The first ‘top four’ clash of the season takes place on the 15th/16th of August when Manchester City take on Chelsea at the City of Manchester Stadium.
