Just days after releasing part one, the second instalment of The Legend: Blaine x Cadet – a documentary celebrating the life and legacy of Cadet – has arrived.
Produced by Amaru Wilcox and the family of Cadet, The Legend is an insightful and moving documentary, letting us into all aspects of the late rapper’s life by including memoirs from his close circle as well as footage of his material and in-depth interviews.
While part one was focused on Cadet’s upbringing and early music, much of part two is centred around the key events which took his music career to the next level including his role in “Shiro’s Story”, the creation of “Advice” with Deno and more.
In this part, we are also told the details of the fatal car crash which resulted in Cadet’s death from one of his friend’s who was there on the night, while his family and friends describe their reaction to the tragic news. The documentary also contains the several tributes which took place in tribute to Cadet following his passing such as the Hyde Park memorial and The Rated Legend show at Brixton’s O2 Academy.
