A new contestant named Meduulla has joined the latest season of The Rap Game UK on BBC Three.
Meduulla is a 21-year-old Manchester native who first started out as a spoken word artist before turning to conscious rap.
She cites the likes of Kendrick Lamar, A Tribe Called Quest and Nicki Minaj as being some of her biggest influences, and he’s on a mission to expand the UK rap scene with his fluid musical style.
The addition of the new contestant on the series comes after Bryn BP decided to leave the penthouse in episode two, leaving a space for Medulla to join the other MCs.
Medulla’s debut appearance on The Rap Game UK will come in next week’s episode where the artists will compete in two new challenges in front of special guests Ghetts and Dizzee Rascal, as well as DJ Target, Krept and Konan.
