Tinie has teamed up with Burger King to gift fans with a virtual performance of his latest single, “Whoppa”.
For a limited time, Burger King customers will be able to scan a QR code on their Whoppers which will initiate a virtual 360 performance of Tinie performing “Whoppa” with BK’s iconic burger serving as his stage.
Speaking on the collaboration with Burger King, Tinie said: “When we made this song, the vibe was all about summer time and bringing that Latin heat and energy to the UK music scene – not so much about burgers! But when Burger King reached out on Twitter, we immediately knew we just had to collaborate. Of all the ways I’d be launching a single in 2020, I couldn’t have predicted that it would be through a performance on top of a flame-grilled Whopper!”
Tinie’s Whopper performance is yet another big move for the artist, who released “Whoppa” at the start of this month alongside Latina stars Sofia Reyes and Farina. The video for the song has already racked up over 3.8 million views on YouTube alone.
Tinie will be performing on all Whopper® burgers sold across the UK from 28th July and into August.
