To keep us hyped for season four of Top Boy, Drake has shared the official trailer for the series!
Drake – who is an executive producer of the show – shared the trailer on Instagram this afternoon, writing: “TOP SHOTTAS ARE BACK […] Top Boy March 18th.”
Due for release on Netflix on March 18th, Top Boy season 4 will follow on from the events of the third season and see Ashley Walters, Kano, Micheal Ward and Little Simz reprise their roles as Dushane, Sully, Jamie and Shelley.
The trailer begins with Dushane offering Jamie a chance to be a part of his team, before we see scenes of shoot outs, stare downs and all the grittiness that you’d expect from Top Boy.
Season four of the series was expected to drop in 2020 but production was shut down due to the Covid pandemic. Filming then resumed towards the end of 2020.
Top Boy season three was listed as one of the most popular Netflix series of 2019 and there’s no doubt that season four will be another hit for the series!
