Following a lot of speculation from the lyrics featured on Tory Lanez’ track, “Hate To Say”, footage from his and Travis Scott’s confrontation has emerged. Whilst many believe that Tory himself leaked the footage to boost album sales, he has responded saying that this is not the case.
With Tory’s lyrics reading, “Me and Travi$ Scott almost fought at the Mala Luna. We both agreed shortly after that it was music. We possibly could be doing that bigger than tryna ruin it. So my apologies, n*gga, just forgive me for doing it”, many were speculating the conflict between the two American rappers.
Recently speaking about the near-fight in a recent interview with Hot New Hip Hop, Tory said that he felt Travis was being disrespectful towards him and so reacted in an aggressive tone which was fuelled by the mount of adrenaline following a performance.
Although now deleted, at the time of the footage emerging, Tory tweeted the following, “Me and @trvisXX been got passed this irrelevant ass argument a year and a half ago .. that’s my dawg .”
Whilst the footage only came to the surface via Worldstar Hip Hop last night, Travis Scott is yet to comment on the situation.
