The 16th of June may not initially jump out to many of us as a meaningful day. However on this day in 1971 one of the biggest icons in hip hop culture was born. Tupac Shakur who was of course sadly taken away from us in 96’ in an unresolved shooting case that has since spawned innumerable mythologies; but rather than focus on the unknown we should use this day to celebrate what Tupac brought to us in just 25 short years.
Trapstar have taken the opportunity to do just that, dropping a collection of tee’s, sweats and accessories on the day that would have been the legendary rappers 47th birthday. Last year Trapstar dropped a number of limited edition designs commemorating street and pop icons, but thankfully the Tupac collaboration is going to be a full collection so everyone will have the chance to get their hands on some of the wavey garms.
