Back in February, the internet was alight with hilarious commentary as Travis Scott took a rather large fall during one of Drake’s London tour stops.

He fell down a hole in the centre of the stage, where a bold globe prop was based, subsequently destroying it and causing Drizzy to offer refunds for everybody in attendance.

That’s not how Travis would have you hear it though.

The rapper gave a pretty hilarious explanation to GQ Style during a recent interview with them, saying, “I didn’t fall, dude, I flew. I was floating. I don’t fall. Shit, nothing happened.

“Floating is amazing. It’s like getting in a plane. I just flew, man. I’m a magician, like David Blaine. I could never fall,” he continued. “Drake is an amazing person. Also, a magician. He’s a big brother, super-talent, he’s cool.”

Seems legit! Travis Scott also revealed some details about his forthcoming album, Astroworld, saying it’s the “best music [he] ever made.”

The G.O.O.D. Music star also recently premiered a new short film for Birds In The Trap on Apple Music, in celebration of the album reaching one billion streams.
