Clocking in at six minutes long, the latest single from TrueMendous offers clean lyricism and wordplay at its finest, giving off a nostalgic 90’s sound as producer Dirty Dike implements smooth guitar chords mixed with heavy drums.
The legendary Masta Ace accompanies TrueMendous and touches on politics and those involved in power, as he dedicates his verse to Emmett Till – a 14 year old boy who was lynched to death in the 1950’s.
“Emett Till” is the latest single to receive the visual treatment off of TrueMendous’s project Misdiagnosis of Chyvonne Johnson, which displays all musical sides of the talented wordsmith.
