You might’ve noticed something different about your Twitter app as you’ve been scrolling today. One of the world’s favourite apps has just got rid of the “Moments” tab which it introduced back in October 2015, replacing it with an Instagram-like “Explore” tab.
Fear not though, “Moments” isn’t completely lost. The explore tab will host all the moments instead, alongside a list of all the current trends, a search bar and live videos like sports events.
In a blog post on Thursday, Twitter wrote, ““Over the past year, we’ve been exploring different ways to make it simpler for people to find and use trends, Moments, and search. During our research process, people told us that the new Explore tab helped them easily find news, what’s trending, and what’s popular right now.”
You can check out the tab now, unless you’re on Android, in which case you’ll have to wait a few weeks.
