Chido Mya – “Surreal”
The latest from young songstress Chido Mya, she employs an angelic tone and lays down heartfelt lyrics. The brum artist continues to showcase her musical agility and ability to write a lovely tune.
JON – “Deal Or No Deal”
Currently one of Bristol’s best keep secrets, JON takes on a classical infused drill beat for “Deal Or No Deal”. Spitting slick clean cut lyrics whilst touching on his grind – he continues to show us he can deliver.
J Huncho – “700 Horses”
Making his return, J Huncho came through with a laid back bop. Flowing melodically, he’s subtly braggadocios and unorthodox in style, presenting a sound unique to him.
PBR – “Yao Ming”
Bringing summertime vibes into the winter, PBR switches it up on this one. Checking boxes for both bars and melodies, he gives us a short and sweet instalment with “Yao Ming”. Hopefully a taste of what’s to come.
VB – “Loyal”
Pulled from his latest project Half Empty, “Loyal” is one of several top tier tracks featured on the tape. Criminally underrated, VB pairs poetic lyricism with a mellow but skippy beat for this one.
