Homerton’s Unknown T has been released from prison.
The rapper had been charged with killing a man at a New Year’s Eve party on January 1st 2018, but has now been cleared of the charges against him.
After being charged last July, Unknown T’s trial began last month at the Old Bailey.
Unknown T denied being an attacker in the incident and could not produce the clothes he had worn to the party. The jury deliberated for 18 hours before delivering their non-guilty verdict to the court.
Another man was convicted of manslaughter and violent disorder, while another was convicted of violent disorder in the case.
