Two porn stars from different eras discuss how the industry has changed in a new documentary for Vice.
As part of their Back in My Day series, Vice went to meet 60-year-old veteran Linzi Drew-Honey and new generation star Charlie Ten who at 22 years old, began her career in the adult industry at 19 by starting out as a webcam model.
Linzi and Charlie talk about their journey into porn, the gender pay gap in the industry which favours women and how the internet and availability of free pornography has reduced profits and made things more difficult for actors. Linzi and Charlie suggest that paying for porn and reducing the availabilty of free material is the only way forward to keep the industry thriving.
