DJ Vlad has a reputation for getting personal and graphic details out of people, but it appears information from his interview with Taxstone is being used in the podcast host’s murder case.
Taxstone was recently arrested and accused of being involved in the Irving Plaza shooting in New York last year, which resulted in the hospitalisation of Troy Ave and the death of his bodyguard, Ronald McPhatter.
Reports are now suggesting that authorities are using Vlad’s interview with Taxstone, in which the podcast host admits to being a Blood amongst other things, to build a case against him.
As well as finding Taxstone’s DNA on the firearm that was used in the shooting, they have also got CCTV footage of him entering and exiting the room around the time of the shooting.
The case appears to be a complicated one which just keeps unfolding. Check out the video below to see some of the documents from the case which are believed to have information from Taxstone’s interview with Vlad.
