Ghanaian drill frontrunner Yaw Tog returns with new visuals for “Fake Ex”, taken from his debut EP TIME.
Directed by Koopoku Studios, in the video we see Yaw Tog’s girl go behind his back and break his trust. Fast forward a few months and he’s living his life to the fullest and enjoying the unavoidable attention he receives from the opposite sex.
Using his international sound as the driving force behind his success, Yaw Tog’s debut EP ‘TIME’ embodies the true essence of Kumerica, enabling him to make waves across the globe. Interacting with his British fans for the first time, he recently headlined Ghana’s Party In The Park festival in London where he re-connected with “Sore Remix” collaborator and UK linchpin Stormzy.
The video follows an energetic rendition of the track performed recently in a Boiler Room session featuring Yaw Tog, Kofi Jamar, Malcolm Nuna, Kweku Flick, YPee, Andy Scott & Lific shot live from Accra last month.
